Embracing Autumn: A Guide to Decorating the Kitchen Counter For Fall
As the leaves change and the air gets cooler, it’s the perfect time to bring a touch of fall into your home! One of the easiest and most rewarding ways to do this is by decorating your kitchen counter. Today, I’m excited to share a simple fall display that will warm up your space and create a cozy atmosphere for you and your family.

In the heart of our kitchen, I’ve created a delightful fall centerpiece using a few natural elements: Mini pumpkins, pinecones, Spanish moss and a wood cutting board. Here’s how you can achieve a similar look in your own home.
Start with a wooden cutting board or tray. The wood adds warmth and a touch of rustic charm.
Mini pumpkins are a must-have for fall decor. Their bright orange hues bring a pop of color and life to your kitchen. Mix different shapes and sizes for added interest.
To enhance the autumnal feel, incorporate pinecones you can use ones you collect outside or store-bought ones! Their earthy tones complement the pumpkins beautifully. I used Spanish moss as the base to add a bit more texture and fall vibes.
When arranging your pumpkins, think about height and placement. Cluster the pumpkins together, varying their positions, and tuck in the pinecones to create a balanced look.
As a mom, I cherish the moments spent in the kitchen—whether it’s baking pies or preparing hearty meals. A beautifully decorated counter serves as a reminder to appreciate these moments and the joy of togetherness.
Happy decorating!
