Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and I wanted to share a simple and delightful treat that you can whip up in no time! Four ingredient Peanut Butter Heart Bites! These little bites are perfect for sharing with loved ones, and the best part? They’re super easy to make. Let’s get started!

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Dark chocolate chips
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. You can also use a double boiler or a chocolate melter . Add the coconut oil to the chocolate and stir.
2. While the chocolate is melting, grab a heart-shaped silicone mold .
3. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each heart mold, just enough to cover the bottom. Place them in the freezer for about 10 minutes to set.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using) until well combined.
5. Once the chocolate layer has set, take the molds out of the freezer and fill each heart with the peanut butter mixture using a piping bag, leaving a little space at the top and edges.
6. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, making sure to cover it completely. Tap the mold gently to remove any air bubbles.
7. Place the molds back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes, or until fully set.
8. Once they’re set, pop the heart bites out of the molds and enjoy your delicious, homemade treats! They can be stored in the fridge for about a week (if they last that long!).
