How To Make Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ghosts

As a mom, I love finding easy Halloween activities to do with my kids! This year, we tried to make adorable ghost strawberries! They’re not only cute but also sooo delicious and healthy treat that the kids can help create.

Ingredients
Fresh strawberries
White chocolate chips
milk or dark chocolate chips
Parchment paper

Instructions
Start by washing the strawberries and laying out all your ingredients. I like to cover the table with parchment paper to make cleanup easier. Involve the kids in setting everything up!

Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or chocolate melter, I like using the melter from Wiltons. If you are using the microwave heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

While the chocolate is melting cut off the tops of the strawberries and insert the popsicle sticks.

Once the chocolate is melted, dip each strawberry into the chocolate, covering it completely. Place each dipped strawberry on the parchment paper and place in fridge for about 30 minutes.

Once the chocolate has hardened I use a piping bag to add melted milk chocolate for the eyes and mouth.

Once they’re set, arrange your spooky creations on a platter or in a fun Halloween-themed bowl using floral foam like I did! They’re perfect for Halloween parties or as a sweet snack for the kids!

Making these ghost strawberries was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon with my kids. It’s amazing how something so simple can bring so much joy and laughter. Plus, they’re a hit with friends and family! I encourage you to try this fun activity with your little ones—it’s a sweet way to celebrate the season and create lasting memories.

Happy Halloween!
