Spooktacular Chocolate-Dipped Apple Pops for Halloween
Today, we decided to whip up some delicious Halloween chocolate-dipped apple slices! Not only are they a healthier alternative to traditional Halloween candy, but they also make for a fun and interactive activity that the whole family can enjoy.
Every autumn, we love visiting local orchards to pick fresh apples, but Halloween gives us a chance to get creative with them. After gathering our apples, I thought it would be a great idea to transform our apples into spooky treats for Halloween.

The Recipe
We started by gathering our ingredients: fresh apples, chocolate, popsicle sticks and sprinkles. I sliced the apples into thick rounds, then we used a bat cookie cutter to cut out the middle core and the kids were excited to help out with the rest.
I then melted some chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals (stirring in between). The kids and I took turns dipping the apple slices into the chocolate on the parchment paper.
Placed them on a clean parchment paper and added sprinkles.
Put them in the fridge for a few hours to harden up before enjoying! I was so happy knowing we had made something healthy and fun together. They loved them and that made my day!
As we enjoyed our chocolate-dipped apples, I reflected on how special these moments are. Baking and creating together not only brings us closer but also allows us to celebrate the playful spirit of Halloween in a meaningful way.
If you’re looking for a fun and healthy treat to enjoy this Halloween, I highly recommend trying chocolate-dipped apple pops. They’re easy to make, delicious, and perfect for sharing at your Halloween gatherings!
