Chai Spiced Smoothie Bowl For Fall Mornings
As a mom, mornings can often feel like a whirlwind. Between getting the kids ready for the day, and trying to squeeze in a moment for my morning at-home exercise, breakfast can be daunting. But over the years, The chai spiced smoothie bowl is my new favorite fall breakfast!
I’ve always liked chai tea so I thought, why not bring those cozy flavors into a breakfast that’s not only delicious but also packed with nutrients? Smoothie bowls have been a game-changer for me. They’re quick to whip up, customizable, and feel like a treat. Plus, the kids love them, which is a win in my book!

Ingredients
1 banana (frozen for creaminess)
1 cup of spinach (you can’t taste it, promise!)
1/2 cup of whole milk
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 teaspoon of chai spice blend
maple syrup
Toppings Are Optional
Granola (My favorite)
Banana Slices or Mixed Berry’s
Chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Instructions
In a blender, combine the frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, almond butter, chai spice blend, and sweetener if you’re using it.
Blend until smooth and creamy. You might need to add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and let the fun begin with toppings! I love to arrange fresh fruits and a sprinkle of granola on top in a circle pattern.
What I love about this recipe is that it’s so easy to involve the kids. They can help choose their toppings! Sometimes they’ll go for a rainbow of fruits; other times, they’ll pile on the granola. It’s a great way to get them excited about healthy eating!
